Roberta started her Real Estate career in 2016, signing on with Chinowth and Cohen Realtors located in the Broken Arrow office. “I am a real estate Concierge.  I review properties, provide guidance on staging while coordinating showings, and meeting buyer or seller expectations.  I go above and beyond to alleviate some of the stress associated with navigating the housing market and have even been known to dog sit for a seller or blow leaves off porches just before a showing!”  Overcoming the challenges of buying or selling a home, from start to finish, is Roberta’s calling card.

A strong work ethic, “understanding the value of integrity and honesty, and active listening” are also foundational, and skills that Roberta believes are integral to creating long-lasting relationships with her clientele.

She focuses on both sides of Residential Sales and is quite familiar with all Eastern Oklahoma, the Lakes District, and Oklahoma City Areas.

Additionally, she has completed Professional Military Relocation training through the National Association of Realtors, holds a diploma in “Ninja Installation” training, a best-practice program focused on the most up-to-date approaches to negotiating the current real estate market, and is also a member of OREC, NAR, and the Tulsa HBA.
